We need to perform some essential maintenance on our network. We need to upgrade some firmware in a key component in the street side cabinet that provides connection to some customers in Cannock, Codsall, Northwich, South Elmsall, Sherbourne and Penistone. This will mean a single short service interruption of 30 minutes, in the early hours of Wednesday 1st May 2024.

Affected customers have been advised by e-mail.
