Scheduled - We need to urgently update some software in our infrastructure which unfortunately will cause a short service interruption for some of our customers.

This will be in the early hours of 16th October between 01:00 and 02:00 and will last for approximately 15 minutes within the one hour timeslot.

Affected customers have been notified by e-mail.

Scheduled - We need to urgently restart a component in our infrastructure which unfortunately will cause a short service interruption for a small number of our Henley customers.

This will be this evening at 20:00 and will last for approximately 15 minutes.

Affected customers have been advised by e-mail.

Resolved - Engineers report the component successfully restarted and all services were restored and stable from 11:30. Close monitoring of the infrastructure will continue.

Investigating - We are aware and so sorry some customers in Henley on Thames may be experiencing service disruption.

Engineers are investigating the issues to restore service but unfortunately at this stage we don’t know when that will be. We will keep you updated via e-mail as things progress.
