Investigating - We are aware and very sorry some customers in Cannock are experiencing service disruption. Specialist Engineers are investigating to restore service but unfortunately at this stage we do not know when this will be.

Identified - We are very sorry last night’s essential maintenance has continued into this morning as we uncovered significant issues that need immediate repair meaning some customers have service interruptions. Engineers report that nearly all connections are restored and stable and are continuing to work on the remaining few.
Please note we are experiencing a high number of calls and e-mails and will not be able to respond to individual queries.

Investigating - We are very sorry last night’s essential maintenance in Northallerton has continued into this morning as we uncovered significant issues that need immediate repair meaning some customers have service interruptions. Unfortunately, we do not at this stage know when this will be complete and all services restored. This is affecting a small numv=ber of customers in Northallerton.

Please note we are experiencing a high number of calls and e-mails and will not be able to respond to individual queries.

Scheduled - We need to perform some essential maintenance on our network. To prevent a lengthy unplanned outage in the future, we need to repair and re-route some fibre connections in our local network. This will mean a loss of service between 23:30 tonight 7th March and 06:00 Friday 7th March. This will impact some cutomers in Northallerton. Affected customers have been advised by e-mail. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
