We are aware and very sorry some customers in Crewe experienced service disruption. Specialist Engineers have commissioned a temporary work-around to restore service and report all services are restored and stable. We will need to fix the damaged fibres soon, but we will notify you of that when we have it planned and scheduled.

We are aware and very sorry some customers in Crewe are experiencing service disruption. Specialist Engineers are successfully deploying a temporary work-around to restore service and we expect all individual connections to restore over the next few hours into the middle of the afternoon.

Update -
We are aware and very sorry some customers in Crewe are experiencing service disruption. Specialist Engineers have inspected a fibre which has been damaged by Engineers working on behalf of another ISP. It is likely, the entire connection will fail and so will need to be replaced. This will be a complex and lengthy repair completed under an emergency notice. The engineering team are investigating potential work-arounds to restore service in the meantime.

We are aware and very sorry some customers in Crewe are experiencing service disruption. Specialist Engineers have diagnosed a badly damaged fibre which will need to be replaced. Unfortunately due to the nature of the work required, repairs will not begin until tomorrow morning. This is the last update of this evening.
