We need to perform some essential maintenance on our network. We need to upgrade some firmware in a key component in the street side cabinet. This will mean 2 short service interruptions of 15 minutes, in the early hours of Tuesday 5th December 2023 between: 01:00 - 06:00 affecting customers in Hereford.

Duration: Two short service interruptions for 15 minutes each sometime within the window times above

Please do not switch off any of your Zzoomm equipment during this maintenance event.

If you are still unable to get online after 07:00, please try restarting your Zzoomm hub router to get online.

Resolved - We are aware and very sorry some customers in Crewe experienced service disruption. Specialist Engineers have commissioned a temporary work-around to restore service and report all services are restored and stable. We will need to fix the damaged fibres soon, but we will notify you of that when we have it planned and scheduled.

Update - We are aware and very sorry some customers in Crewe are experiencing service disruption. Specialist Engineers have inspected a fibre which has been damaged by Engineers working on behalf of another ISP. It is likely, the entire connection will fail and so will need to be replaced. This will be a complex and lengthy repair completed under an emergency notice. The engineering team are investigating potential work-arounds to restore service in the meantime.

Identified - Hello,
We are aware and very sorry some customers in Crewe are experiencing service disruption. Specialist Engineers have diagnosed a badly damaged fibre which will need to be replaced. Unfortunately due to the nature of the work required, repairs will not begin until tomorrow morning. This is the last update of this evening.
