Just to let you know, we have delayed the firmware update to the early hours of Tuesday 26th November 2024 between 00:00 and 03:00.

Please do not switch off any of your Zzoomm equipment during this maintenance event.

If you are still unable to get online after 04:00, please try restarting your Zzoomm hub router to get online.

We apologise for an inconvenience this may have caused.

Update
Following on from our previous email on Tuesday 19th November 2024, we have essential maintenance planned to upgrade some fireware in the street side cabinets that provide your connection.

Regrettably, this work may be delayed by 24 hours. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and assure you that we are working to confirm the revised schedule as soon as possible.

Just to let you know, we need to perform some essential maintenance on our network. We need to upgrade some firmware in a key component in the street side cabinet that provides your connection. This will mean a single short service interruption of 45 minutes, in the early hours of Monday 25th November 2024.

Please do not switch off any of your Zzoomm equipment during this maintenance event.

If you are still unable to get online after 04:00, please try restarting your Zzoomm hub router to get online.
