Our main backhaul trunk supplier needs to re-route fibres to avoid potential unplanned outages in the future. This will mean a service affecting maintenance outage on the 31st January starting at 1 minute past midnight. This will impact some customers in Cannock, Womborne, Winsford and Northwich. Affected customers have been advised by e-mail. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
