We are aware and very sorry some customers in Sandbach experienced service disruption. Engineers have repaired the damaged fibre and report all services are restored and stable. Close monitoring will continue. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We are aware and very sorry some customers in Sandbach are experiencing service disruption. Engineers have diagnosed a damaged fibre and are starting repairs to restore service, but unfortunately at this stage, we do not know when this will be.

We are experiencing very high call volumes and will not be able to answer individual calls or e-mail queries. We will keep you updated by e-mail and by the network status page on our website.
