Just to let you know, we need to perform some essential maintenance on our network. We need to upgrade some firmware in a key component in the street side cabinet that provides your connection. This will mean a single short service interruption of 45 minutes, in the early hours of Monday 25th November 2024.

Please do not switch off any of your Zzoomm equipment during this maintenance event.

If you are still unable to get online after 04:00, please try restarting your Zzoomm hub router to get online.

We are aware of this incident and very sorry that some customers in Cannock are experiencing service disruption. Engineers are investigating how to restore service, but unfortunately, we do not know when this will happen.
